had a good result managed a 20lb mirror and mid double common from a very tricky northwest water. a very good friend is currently on his 11th night without a bleep up to now. i found some fish tightly grouped and managed to get a bait on them and 2hours 10minutes later the fish was on the mat. top quality bait

31lb 7oz common from a herts club lake. caught on a cut down T1 with a small bag of crumbled bait.
this was cast out to showing fish on firmer silt.

| Bad Luck comes to an end? - 13th October 2009 |

After my holiday in August, my snack van got totalled by a traveller, my car blew up and my wife hit a fox and totalled her car on the A14.
Fishing has been very limited but I have managed 30's number 15 and 16 of this year in the shape of 'Chester' at 33lb 8oz and a new PB common with 'Nick' at 37lb 12oz.
