Mark,
First fish of the year out for me on the Super special K. Its fished hard this winter but now were off and running again. Single bottom bait with a crumbed bag and a handful scattered loosely did the job.

As promised here are the pics of the 28lb mirror i had on 28th March.
Single Bottom bait with a bag of chops doing the business.
The big girls are on the move so hopefully more to report soon.

back out this week on another water with the new bait on test .
wot can i say but pukka tar i fished with a blank on the first night
and moved into a shallow swim for the second night and had this 29.8 common
within 3 hours of the bait being out this was a single bottom bait with
a lump of past raped around it with a 4 bait stringer plus 6 free baits.

Hi mark as you know my main water opened for its new season last week.First night on with the K and i bagged a 27lb 10oz mirror, cant wait for the warmer weather and one of the big girls.

Hi Mark,
I haven't been able to get out much this year yet for one reason or another but got back yesterday from a recent visit to a Lincolnshire water. That Spring sunshine was lovely yesterday.
I managed my first fish of 2009 in the shape of this pretty low twenty.
A T1 pop-up over a handful of freebies doing the trick on this occasion.

| First one this year - 21st march 2009 - 21st March 2009 |

| Woke this morning to find two commons doing dolphin impressions over the top of rod 2. I'm pretty sure that this was the bigger of the two fish and weighed in at 28lb on the dot. This is the first fish out of the lake since November last year so I'm well pleased..... T1 did the biz again! |
