| Yateley Pads Lake - 30th June 2010 |
Went up to Yateley for a close season social, which turned out to be a very busy session - resulting in over 20 fish from 30 takes, which included four 30s; two 34lb 10ozs. Most of these fish were caught on surface baits soaked in salmon oil/cowl cola. The rest of the fish came to bottom baited T1.

| PB Common 41.02 18th June 2010 - 23rd June 2010 |
Hii Mark
Back on the syndicate lake for a 30 hour session and back on the T1 for a change of approach. First fish was a PB Common of 41.02, this was followed up by a syndicate PB (for me) Mirror, a stunning 33.08 Leney. Just as I was packing up, rods away last routine as usual, off it goes and 35.00 Common hits the spreader block. The fish were on the bait and loving it. Could of stayed on another night but England called......hmmm in hindsight I should have stayed and who knows what I might have finished up with? Happy days as they say and come on England.

| First trip on Super K - 19th June 2010 |
Ive only done one trip so far on the super k which resulted in a run which i lost the fish im fishing a very hard water which has a 50 man syndicate and it only seems to produce 1 to 2 fish a week so was very happy to have had at least one run on my first trip using my new bait.
The bait it self smells great and looks great as well and the pop ups are first class will keep you posted how i get on but not back down the lake now till july :( |

| First trip aboard with Super 'K' at Blues Lakes Belguim - 13th June 2010 |
Hi Mark.
Well the Super K has done it again. Currantly Blues Lake hasn't been fishing as well as it has in the past, but within 24h of being there i banked a 37lb common(pic), the next morning it was followed by a 26lb 8oz mirror, later that day the reel screamed off, lifted in to it to feel masses of weed so out in to the boat it was for me, after a knackering battle lay a hugh common in the net, after all the commotion everyone on the lake and a couple from another lake was in my swim to witness the scales going around to 51lb 8oz(pic) omg a new PB for me. Well the week carried on quite good with a 37lb 10oz mirror(pic), 29lb 12oz common 30lb 14oz common.
To say i was happy is an understatement.
Only 4 fish for all the others fishing that week, nobody else was using Super K.
Many thanks Mark.
Cheers
James Cox. |
