| We thought long and hard about what we at Baitcraft considered to be an appropriate consultant. Having decided for a variety of reasons not to approach the myriad of ‘professional’ anglers in the sport today, we were looking for somebody whose angling reflected realistically the angling time and ‘weekend’s only’ approach celebrated by the bulk of our hard working customers. By doing this we hope to show just what is possible using T1 at the weekend on your average ‘circuit’ water. |

Craig Lyons fits the bill perfectly, a busy sales person during the week, he has a host of carp angling achievements to his credit. Craig is a personable, popular aqngler who has landed 8 UK forties to 44lb 0oz, over 50 UK thirties from noteworthy waters such as, Redmire, Birch Grove, Horseshoe, Walthamstow complex, Manor Farm, CEMEX Sutton at Home, Korda and Toll Pits to name but a few.
Craig has also made time to contribute to the sport and is currently Chairman of DDAPS the 3rd largest angling society in the UK.
The highlight of Craig’s angling to date is being nominated for and awarded the title “Carp Angler of the Year 2005”.
Craig joined us in July 2006 and since then has been doing the business everywhere he has used the T1 including the capture a 41:03 mirror from Korda, and a 41:02 January common. He will be involved in the long term development and testing of future products.
