Hi Guys and Girls
I had a great day today with Marc, Richard, Oly and the Guys at DHP the publishing house behind Total and Advanced Carp fishing we spent some time planning some killer editorial content to accompany and support this years ad campaign.
I was impressed by the professionalism of the team and how easy it was to communicate the design and concept to Dave the designer was able to get our thoughts down on paper and will be translating them into adverts. A free design service is included in the cost of the advertising which is very handy. The first advert will be appearing towards the end of the month. I didn't do much advertising last year, it will be interesting to see what difference it makes to our sales figures having a concerted campaign makes. I am a complete novice at marketing, I'd rather it wasn't necessary. I thought that just having the right product was the answer, that's right to a degree but it only gets you so far.
I hope you get a chance to see the content we put together with DHP and enjoy both magazines.
