Good news - I'm off to Ireland for a few days tomorrow!
Bad News - I really hurt my back cleaning a machine down today which is really going to clamp my style for a few days. I did manage a quick visit to the osteopath so fingers crossed it won't drag on I'm a very poor patient with anything that slows me down!
It'll improve just like the weather and besides the fishes biological clocks are marching on in spite of the temperatures so they're approaching a time when coupled with the cold water dopiness they display coming out of cold weather they can be very catchable for the next month or two.
Products like the ones we sell are highly concentrated sources of vital nutrients and they will take advantage of the quality protein and health promoting ingredients delivered in a such a highly palatable format. This makes them more catchable and Spring fishing with HNV baits is the new Autumn in terms of fish caught per hour fished.
Prebaiting is never more effective than it is now in fact I'll go so far as to say it is necessary to get the optimum performance from an HNV product so without going too mad keep a few areas primed with T1 or Super K paying particular attention to snags, they won't have ventured far from their winter holding areas yet and even when they do they'll be back for a rub to get rid of any leeches, argulus and other skin parasites they've acquired whilst they've been laid up.
This is it guys it's going to be starting within the next fortnight so I'll take this opportunity to say happy hunting this year and I hope you catch all the fish you've set your sights on for 2010, I'm excited, I think it's going to be a good year for carp fishingl.
Be Lucky
