The bad news is my back is still not good and has after week at the roller is not fit to stand around in a hall for two days so I won't be at the Carpin' On Show this weekend.
The good news is I'm seeing my osteopath during the week and will probably be OK for the open weekend at Fosters on the 12th and 13th so if you miss me at five lakes be sure and stop in at Fosters for a natter.
