How to order Bulk Boilies and other Carp Baits 

Please take time to read these terms and conditions BEFORE placing your order so you understand our service and avoid becoming frustrated at any stage during your ordering and taking delivery of our carp baits and bulk boilies.

We sell our boilies via mail order through this website, by credit card over the phone and through selected members of the angling retail trade. Baitcraft is a bespoke supplier of fresh boilies rolled to order for you, not a stockist of frozen bait that gets sent out on demand. We don't employ admin staff so can be fully occupied with production, if we miss your call or are unable to access our terminal we will call you back later to take your order if you prefer not to use this site.

The ordering system in place on this site is more secure than ordering with a card over the phone and automatically notifies you with a tracking number when your bait is despatched. In my experience ordering and delivery are acheived far more efficiently using this website than via the phone while it's wedged in my ear as I'm trying to roll bait!

Orders received prior to lunch time Friday will be rolled and delivered the following week when possible at peak times this may stretch to two weeks. We will notify you via email or text your delivery date once you have placed your order if you need any information on your delivery please use the contact page on this site and we will get back to you within one working day. If you have a critical date you would like us to deliver before please phone us and request confirmation that this is possible.

If you if you order after Friday lunchtime your order will go straight into the work bank for the following week. If you are buying bait for a foreign holiday or other significant event please arrange to have your bait delivered at least a week BEFORE your departure week, we haven't let anybody down yet but stuff can happen and we won't be held responsible for your holiday being ruined or delayed if your delivery is misdirected and arrives late after ordering it for that week.

It is possible to order 2 or more freezer baits per order however the baits are made on seperate days so you will receive seperate deliveries and will have to pay carriage charges for each one. We obviously have no issues with selling you as many of our baits as you require - we just need you to cover the additional cost of delivering them fresh. You can of course combine any number of stock items such as hookbaits, glugs, ingredients, clothing etc on one order.

Our deliveries are on an overnight service please provide us with an address where somebody will be able to sign for it, you can alternatively provide us with a safe place to leave the delivery on the understanding that you are accepting responsibilty for it still being there when you return to pick it up.

You will receive an email telling you your boilie order has been despatched along with a tracking number, if you do not receive your bait by 1630hrs on the day of scheduled delivery please track your package @ www.apc-overnight.com or by phone on 0845 800 0000 if the response is not 'in transit' please speak to Scarlet to find out what has happened to it, if you are in any way dissatisfied with the response or service from Scarlet contact us by phone immediately and we will make things happen. They can get the relevant depot to text the driver and get an estimated time of arrival - so don't take no for an answer!

We will endeavour to send out orders for stock items (only) the next working day. Orders under 3.5Kg will be sent via royal mail.

If you are in any way (however small) dissatisfied with our products or service please contact us immediately and we will arrange for collection of the bait and a refund to be issued if that is what you want us to do. We always bend over backwards to correct mistakes when we make them which is on mercifully few occasions!

Due to sharply rising fuel costs and the level of service we provide in delivering your bulk boilies and bait fresh we have had to apply carriage charges to our service, we remain as competitive as possible for the high quality, high performance bait and service we provide.
